With over 40 years of combined experience as former NCAA Division 1 and Hockey Canada players, minor hockey coaches, and evaluators, we have an extensive network and deep understanding of minor, collegiate, and professional leagues.
We work closely with high-character female prospects who are dedicated to advancing their game and reaching the next level.

Alyssa Wiebe
Co-owner and Advisor
Alyssa is a Saskatoon native and has laced up the skates since she was 3-years-old. She started playing minor hockey in Saskatoon with the Saskatoon Knights and Comets zones. For her final two years of minor hockey, she signed with the Notre Dame Hounds AAA team from 2006 - 2008.
At the age of 15, she began training and competing with the Hockey Saskatchewan program competing in three U18 National Championships and one Canada Games. This led her to transition into the Hockey Canada program, making the U18 National Summer team and training with the U22 Development Program.

She played four years of NCAA D1 hockey with the University of North Dakota Fighting Sioux from 2008 – 2012, becoming the first program player to reach 100 career points. She spent two seasons as an assistant coach with the Saskatoon U15 AA Comet Impact, winning provincial championships both years. She also has served as an evaluator and coach with Hockey Saskatchewan.
Alyssa brings passion, knowledge, and experience to Phenom Female Hockey Advancement and looks forward to supporting you with getting to your next level.

Willow Slobodzian
Co-owner and Advisor
A Clavet, Saskatchewan native, Willow spent her minor hockey years playing with the boys in the Flyer, Cougar, and Marauder zones. She made the transition as a defenceman to female hockey at the U15 age level with the Comets, she then went on to play with the U18 AAA Saskatoon Stars. With the Stars Willow won two regular season championships and participated in two Esso Cups.

Throughout her teenage years, Willow was a part of the Saskatchewan Hockey program and eventually became a part of the Hockey Canada program where she represented the U18 National team in a IIHF championship in Dmitrov, Russia. She remained in the Hockey Canada program throughout her college career competing in Development U22 camps.
For her post secondary education, Willow attended Cornell University where she played on their NCAA D1 ice hockey team. With the Big Red, Willow won two Ivy League championships, and made one Frozen Four appearance. During her third year, Cornell was ranked first in the Nation and on their way to Willow's second Frozen Four when the coronavirus pandemic hit and unfortunately brought their season to an end.
Willow remains active in the hockey community through coaching, she runs numerous skills sessions and assists with camps such as the Emily Clark camp. Willow helped coach the U15 Saskatoon Comet AA team for two seasons, securing a provincial title both years. Willow has served as an evaluator and coach for the Hockey Saskatchewan program. Through Phenom Female Hockey Advancement, Willow aspires to guide young female athletes to realize their goals and potential, and ultimately reach the next level.
